Aerospace:

The marine environment is the most corrosive natural environment. We use premium alloys such as the Monel® 400 and the Monel® K500, which are composed primarily of nickel and copper. These alloys are often used for cold-formed bolts, screws, and other fasteners, made from bar stock and cold heading wire, that are used in saltwater applications. CWI manufactures wire using the highest quality stainless steel and nickel alloys to help avoid corrosion and wire failure. Through Loos & Co, we can offer marine rigging wire ropes and mooring cable for trawling and buoy applications, as well as running and stayed rigging applications.
