Central Wire Industries manufactures a full line of stainless steel, nickel, copper, and specialty alloy fine wire. We are able to manufacture wire that is used in a variety of industries including the medical industry and the aerospace industry. Our fine wire is produced in standard sizes ranging from 0.001” – 0.032” (0.0254 mm – 0.0812 mm), with the ability to produce wire in other sizes upon request. Our tempers range from soft annealed to spring temper. CWI offers a variety of packaging options for fine wire, including spools, reels, bobbins, coils, and carriers. Central Wire’s fine wire can be found in a variety of applications. A few of those applications are weaving wire, knitting wire, spring wire, and medical wire. Our wire can be used on its own, as a single strand, or made into wire cable, by wrapping a specific number of single wires around a center wire. CWI fine wire is found in various industries including, but not limited to, aerospace, oil and gas, medical, electronics, and manufacturing. Our fine wire has a lot of versatility, meaning that it can be modified to fit your specific industry and application.
Alloys:
As previously mentioned, CWI’s fine wire is produced in a plethora of alloys. Some stainless steel alloys that our fine wire is produced in are 316L, 409, and Nitronic® 32. Some nickel alloys you can find our fine wire in are Monel® K500, Inconel® 625, Nickel 205, and Alloy 20. A few fine wire copper alloys are C101, C411, and C260. Some of the specialty alloys that we manufacture fine wire in are X-750, Hastelloy X®, L605, and MP35N®.
